If for some reason you need to amend or add an item to your order, maybe a spelling mistake or you have missed something off your list, then please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We try to offer competitive postage and packing; however, our standard postage and packing terms and conditions are as follows:

Free if spend over is £50 or more
UK and NI – £4.50 as standard

Our standard service is 5 working days at a cost of £4.50. We will use various couriers to deliver our goods. If you want to see your delivery options and an estimated date and time window for delivery of the goods, then this is set out in your Confirmation Email.

If there is a special image that you would like printing or a specific font that isn’t on the site then we can fulfil this for you. Once you have placed your order, please send your artwork to us with your order number and any other information to hello@oscatmedia.co.uk

Sometimes it can take up to an hour or so to receive an order acknowledgement email. However in the meantime, please check your spam and or junk folder as it may be in there. If after a couple of hours you still don’t have it, please email hello@oscatmedia.co.uk

There are a number of reasons why your order may not have been accepted, usually to do with your card payment provider. Please either try again using a different payment method (such as PayPal). If this still doesn’t work, please email hello@oscatmedia.co.uk
