If for some reason you need to amend or add an item to your order, maybe a spelling mistake or you have missed something off your list, then please get in touch with us as soon as possible. How much does delivery cost?
We try to offer competitive postage and packing; however, our standard postage and packing terms and conditions are as follows:
- Free if spend over is £50 or more
- UK and NI – £4.50 as standard
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Our standard service is 5 working days at a cost of £4.50. We will use various couriers to deliver our goods. If you want to see your delivery options and an estimated date and time window for delivery of the goods, then this is set out in your Confirmation Email.

What if I want a special print or font?
If there is a special image that you would like printing or a specific font that isn’t on the site then we can fulfil this for you. How do I send you my artwork?
Once you have placed your order, please send your artwork to us with your order number and any other information to hello@oscatmedia.co.uk
Do you have any artwork specs?
Obviously at times logos and artwork can be low quality, and sometimes we may need to re-make your artwork in order to print it. This will be discussed with you pre-production and could incur costs. Please try and make sure your artwork fits the following criteria.
- Please send hi-res images, not ones that are found on the internet
- We only accept high resolution artwork of 300dpi and above
- Be specific with your orientation of artwork
- We cannot guarantee perfect colour matches due to screen calibrations
I haven’t received an order acknowledgement yet
Sometimes it can take up to an hour or so to receive an order acknowledgement email. However in the meantime, please check your spam and or junk folder as it may be in there. If after a couple of hours you still don’t have it, please email hello@oscatmedia.co.uk
Why hasn’t my order been accepted?
There are a number of reasons why your order may not have been accepted, usually to do with your card payment provider. Please either try again using a different payment method (such as PayPal). If this still doesn’t work, please email hello@oscatmedia.co.uk
How do I wash/care for my product(s)?
We recommend that you turn your garments inside out before washing. Do not wash in a hot wash (Over 40 degrees) and do not tumble dry your items. All of which will give your garment(s) the longest possible life.
How do I return my order?
We are sorry to hear that you wish to return your order. We cannot fulfil returns if the items have been opened, used or personalised. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible with your order details and the issue. Please email hello@oscatmedia.co.uk
